A bushfire WATCH AND ACT remains in
place for people in an area bounded by Coronation Road, Nanga Brook Road, east
of Murray River to the Muja-Boddington Powerline, south to Dee Vee Road, west
to Harvey-Quindanning Road, Uduc Road, Forestry Road, Forrest Highway and north
to Peppermint Grove Road.
This includes the area east of Waroona, Hamel, Harvey
townsite, Cookernup and Yarloop and surrounding areas. It doesn't include the

Tallanalla Road, Old Collie Road to South Western Highway, then in a line west
to Forrest Highway to Forestry Road. This also includes Binningup,
Myalup and Pamelup Estate.
WHAT TO DO:
Forrest Highway (both directions) from
Pinjarra Road to Myalup Beach Road is now open to traffic at a reduced

Motorists are asked to avoid non essential
travel through the area.
If you must travel please ensure your petrol tank is full
before you depart.
Road users are urged to drive with caution as stray livestock and emergency
