If you live in an area bounded by Geraldton to Cue to Sandstone to Wongan Hills to Jurien Bay to Geraldton you should take action and stay safe with severe thunderstorms to come.
This includes people in Dalwallinu and surrounding areas. This does not include people in Geraldton.
This weather is not unusual for this time of year, but could damage homes and make travel dangerous.
WHAT TO DO:
As at 5.13pm on 25 March 2016 the Bureau of Meteorology advises that there is risk of severe thunderstorms this evening.
At 5.00pm satellite and radar imagery showed thunderstorms over much of the warning area.

IF YOU NEED ASSISTANCE:
After a storm SES volunteers make temporary repairs to homes that have been badly damaged, such as roofs that have been ripped off or large fallen trees on homes and cars. Please contact your insurance company to organise permanent repairs.
