This site is produced by the Department of Fire and Emergency Services (DFES). It has been designed to be as accessible to as many users as possible, including:

Text resizing options
DFES's website enables you to change the text size on the page by using the Text Resizer tool at the top of the site (located next to the search field). Click the small or large ‘A’ to reduce or increase the site of the text on screen.
Note that you can also adjust the text size of any website you visit by modifying the settings on your computer. Firstly, you will need to check which Internet Browser version is currently installed on your machine:
Step 1: Open your browser
Step 2: Select Help from the top menu of your browser
Step 3: Select About (followed by the browser name) from the drop down list.
The screen that comes up will display which browser and version you are using.
Browser-based text resizing options
Open the browser. From the menu, select: View > Text Size > Largest
Open the browser. From the menu, select: View > Text Size >Increase
Open the browser. From the menu, select: View > Zoom > %
Open the browser. From the menu, select: View > Make Text Bigger
Pages of this website have been configured to be print friendly where possible. Simply click on the Print icon located towards the top of each page (next to the search field).
When a page is printed, it will only print the most crucial elements of the page. Navigation menus are removed for your convenience to improve formatting.
