Incident Report Request

DFES records information about all emergency incidents attended.

Under the Fire Brigades Act 1942 we are able to provide the owner or occupant of a property with a redacted copy of an incident report related to a specific property. There is currently no charge for this service. You must provide us with enough evidence to prove that you are either the owner or the occupant of the property in question. It is therefore important that your Proof of ID and Proof of Occupancy are provided as Attachments, located at the bottom of this form.

We will do our best to respond to your request as soon as we can, however it may take up to 5 working days for us to get back to you.
